  • The automatic car number recognition system recognises the business customer’s car and all settlements are done based on a monthly summary invoice. Number recognition is particularly convenient for companies with large fleets.
  • The maximum vehicle height and width allowed when using the tunnel car wash is 2.3 m and 2.4 m respectively. 
  • Before washing, remove any antennas, roof boxes, luggage racks or other external parts, turn the mirrors against the body of the car and lock the boot and fuel tank hatch.
  • The tunnel car wash is for cars and minibuses only
  • Do not use the tunnel car wash if the vehicle has broken or damaged parts
  • Do not apply tar removal agents on any car details before using the tunnel car wash
  • If the vehicle has a box or external accessories, consult a customer service representative on the safety of using the tunnel car wash
  • It is not advisable to use the tunnel car wash if the car has any additional lamps and a spoiler are present
